How we work

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

For bulk orders, each product is different and usually a order by order basis but generally one pallet in the minimum order.  For online orders, there is no minimum.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

For bulk orders, please review the terms page.  For online orders, please review at check out.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Each product will have a different shipping cost.  The cost of shipping is determined by: what carrier will be used, weight/height of the product/pallet, how far the product will be traveling, and what speed you need the product.  We can quote products with shipping included or we can give you product/pallet info to use your own shipping and logistics company.

For online orders, shipping is included at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS IN STOCK?

All products offered are in stock in the United States.  We use several warehouse suppliers throughout the United States.  Products are located anywhere from the east to west coast.  Depending on shipping location and product you need we use the warehouse closest to you.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Let us know which product you are interested in ordering by emailing us at Sales@EssentialMedicalSupplies.net.  Once we know what your needs are, we will then send you a quote/invoice.  Once invoice is paid, we will arrange shipping and then product ships.
